1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account on pk288, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through pk288, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk288. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account.

2.3 These Terms are supplemented by pk288's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual Promotion Terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and pk288.

2.4 pk288 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.1 By registering on pk288, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. pk288 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal request.

3.2 If pk288 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. All wagers placed during the suspension period shall be void. If underage use is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method, after deduction of any winnings or bonuses credited during the period of underage use.

3.3 You must not access pk288 if gambling is prohibited by the laws of your current jurisdiction. pk288 does not represent that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your country or territory before registering or depositing on pk288.

3.4 Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of pk288 and its affiliated entities, together with members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate as Players on pk288.

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access the gaming and betting services on pk288, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

4.2 Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account on pk288. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or joint Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. pk288 uses automated and manual review processes to identify duplicate Account registrations.

4.3 Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pk288 reserves the right to:

• Permanently close all duplicate Accounts associated with the individual;
• Confiscate all Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from Bonus Balances across all duplicate Accounts;
• Return Real Money Balances to the originating payment methods, subject to administrative review;
• Report the matter to the relevant regulatory authority if fraud is suspected.

4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. pk288 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact pk288 support immediately.

4.5 pk288 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or suspend an existing Account without providing a reason, particularly where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 pk288 is required under its international gaming license to implement Know Your Customer procedures. All Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

5.2 Standard KYC documentation required by pk288 includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), both sides, clearly showing name, CNIC number, and date of birth;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months confirming your residential address;
• Selfie Verification: A current photograph of you holding your CNIC, with your face and the document details clearly visible.

5.3 pk288 may, at its discretion, request additional documentation, including source of funds declarations, for high-value accounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

5.4 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a withdrawal request, or within any specific timeframe communicated by pk288, may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the Account being restricted pending verification.

6 Deposits & Payments

6.1 pk288 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Raast (State Bank of Pakistan instant payment system).

6.2 The minimum deposit amount on pk288 is PKR 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the individual account level based on responsible gaming settings or risk management criteria.

6.3 Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the pk288 Wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) are typically credited within one to three hours of the bank clearing the transfer. pk288 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6.4 Deposits on pk288 are for personal entertainment purposes only. You confirm that all funds deposited represent legitimate personal funds and are not derived from criminal activity or money laundering.

6.5 pk288 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests on pk288 are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. pk288 applies this policy to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount on pk288 is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification level and payment method capacity.

7.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Player has completed full KYC verification as described in Section 5. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending document submission and review.

7.4 Estimated withdrawal processing times, subject to KYC verification and no active fraud flags on the account:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: 5 to 15 minutes from approval;
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank / Raast: 1 to 3 hours from approval;
• USDT TRC20: 10 to 30 minutes from approval, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

7.5 pk288 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence review to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

7.6 Winnings derived from Bonus Balances may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before clearing the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of those funds.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 pk288 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in.

8.2 Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all pk288 promotions:

• One bonus claim per Player, per promotion period;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (Wagering Requirement) before any associated funds are eligible for withdrawal;
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — contribution percentages per game category will be stated in the individual promotion terms;
• A maximum bet restriction applies when wagering with active Bonus Balance on pk288 — typically PKR 500 per spin or round, unless stated otherwise;
• Bonuses have a validity period — unused or unwagered bonus funds will expire after the specified period.

8.3 pk288 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion offer, or to modify its terms, at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and partially wagered will be handled on a case-by-case basis in the event of promotional withdrawal.

8.4 pk288 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting with other accounts, exploiting errors in bonus configuration, or circumventing responsible gaming limits to claim multiple bonuses.

9 Gaming Rules

9.1 All casino games available on pk288 — including live dealer games, RNG slot machines, table games, crash games, and virtual sports — are governed by their individual game rules as published within the pk288 game interface.

9.2 All RNG-based games on pk288 use certified Random Number Generator technology, independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcome data and certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are maintained on pk288 servers and available upon request to the relevant regulatory authority.

9.3 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on pk288's servers, the server-side result shall prevail. pk288 server logs constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes.

9.4 In the event of a technical fault occurring during a game round — including disconnection, software error, or server interruption — pk288 will take all reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state and settle the round fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet amount will be refunded to the Player's Wallet.

9.5 pk288 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a manifest pricing or configuration error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing or configuration errors will have associated winnings voided and may face Account suspension.

10 Sports Betting Rules

10.1 pk288's sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, Test Matches, T20 Internationals, and ODIs), football, kabaddi, UFC, and additional sports as published on the Platform. The availability of specific markets may vary based on event scheduling and licensing terms.

10.2 All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed on pk288, the odds are locked for that bet.

10.3 pk288 reserves the right to void, cancel, or re-settle any sports bet where:

• The result of the event is affected by proven match-fixing or corruption;
• The bet was placed based on information not publicly available at the time of placement (insider information);
• A manifest pricing error resulted in odds materially inconsistent with the market;
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach the relevant settlement stage as defined in the specific sport rules.

10.4 For cricket betting on pk288, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result shall be treated as the official result for rain-affected matches where it is applied by the relevant governing body. Matches abandoned without a DLS calculation applied will be voided, and stakes returned.

10.5 pk288 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets and across multiple combined bets for any sport or market. Maximum payout caps will be communicated within the betting interface and apply regardless of the stated odds.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 pk288 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We recognise that gambling, while an entertaining recreational activity for the majority of players, can become problematic for some individuals. pk288 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set from your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net session result and time elapsed;
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of your Account (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in or place bets on pk288;
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from pk288 (minimum 6 months), during which your Account is deactivated and you are excluded from all marketing communications.

11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. Once self-excluded, you may not open a new Account on pk288 during the exclusion period. Any Account opened during a self-exclusion period will be closed immediately and any winnings will be voided.

12 Prohibited Conduct

12.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk288 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC procedures;
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other mechanical means to interact with pk288;
• Collusion with other Players to defraud pk288 or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or configuration mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money through pk288 deposits, wagers, or withdrawals;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deliberate abuse of the Platform's systems or other Players;
• Accessing pk288 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without complying with applicable local laws.

12.2 pk288 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account behaviour in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected, pk288 will take immediate remedial action without advance notice to the Player concerned.

13 Intellectual Property

13.1 All content on the pk288 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, the pk288 brand name and associated marks, and the overall design and architecture of the Platform — is the exclusive property of pk288 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No broader licence is granted, expressly or by implication.

13.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk288 content without the express prior written consent of pk288.

14 Limitation of Liability

14.1 The pk288 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk288 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk288's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk288 Wallet in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3 pk288 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pk288 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.4 pk288 is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any third-party payment processing service, telecommunications network, or software used in connection with the Platform, where failure of such third-party services results in delays or errors in transaction processing.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 pk288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of these Terms, together with the date of last update, will be published on the pk288 website at all times.

15.2 Where amendments to these Terms are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights, payment processes, or gaming rules — pk288 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account.

15.3 Your continued use of pk288 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact pk288 support to initiate an Account closure.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk288 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk288's international gaming license is granted.

16.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet result, payment, or any other Platform matter, you must first submit a formal written complaint to pk288 via [email protected]. pk288 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt.

16.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved through pk288's internal procedure, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism provided under pk288's licensing framework. Details of the applicable dispute resolution authority are available upon request from pk288 support.

16.4 Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
